Regional Sales Manager: Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America

TOA Electronics, Inc. has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager for Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America (MCA).

From a home-based office, the successful candidate is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales objectives and will directly interface with in-country distributors, dealers, end-users, and others.  This individual will schedule and conduct sales appointments, product demonstrations, and other tasks to optimize TOA’s penetration and sales within MCA for TOA’s extensive lines of commercial audio and electronic security products.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Knowledge of TOA products and low voltage industry
• Knowledge of systems integration marketplace in MCA
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated and proven sales ability
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent PC Skills - Excel, Word, Power Point 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to be task and goal oriented
• Basic electronics understanding
• Ability to travel throughout MCA
• Bachelor’s degree; or 4-6 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
